Job Description

Develop and refine manufacturing processes by analyzing product requirements, researching and designing methods, testing equipment, and collaborating with vendors
Review current manufacturing operations and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
Lead process improvements, resolve production issues, and manage related projects
Enhance manufacturing methods to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase overall efficiency
Create and present improvement plans, and oversee implementation, including training team members
Research, design, and implement manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly techniques, and equipment selection
Develop and maintain detailed facility and equipment layout plans
Manage new and updated product launches by setting goals, coordinating activities, training staff, and evaluating performance
Establish procedures and workflows to support financial targets and operational goals
Optimize work sequences to maximize efficiency and productivity
Identify and implement innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges
Design, source, and validate tools, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring cost justification for proposed solutions
Analyze products and processes to drive improvements in cost, quality, safety, efficiency, and training effectiveness
