The culture values accountability, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in improving equipment performance, troubleshooting production challenges, supporting product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to improving reliability, efficiency, and quality in a production environment.3+ years of manufacturing, process, mechanical, or industrial engineering experience.Strong troubleshooting capabilities across mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, and related systems.Exposure to PLCs, VFDs, controls, and electrical troubleshooting is highly desirable.Proven track record of root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem ownership.What's on OfferThis opportunity provides the chance to join a collaborative manufacturing organization where engineers have broad responsibility and visible impact across operations.
