The company has built a reputation for quality, responsiveness, and technical expertise while investing in its people, processes, and long-term growth.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve overall production performance.Develop process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing improvements that support operational excellence.Determine material review dispositions and develop rework instructions and corrective actions when required.Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies.Collaborate with outside vendors and suppliers to improve quality, delivery, and overall performance.Implement corrective and preventative actions while ensuring proper documentation and closure of issues.Support tooling, fixture, setup, and process improvements to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Apply today for immediate consideration!
