Job Description



In this role, the Manufacturing Engineer will:

  • Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and efficient.
  • Align product designs with production capabilities and operational constraints.
  • Support production scheduling to enable on-time delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance across manufacturing and engineering functions.
  • Troubleshoot process and technical issues within production environments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and cost efficiency.
  • Review manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production control.
  • Experience with ERP systems and engineering tools (e.g., CAD).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Capability to manage projects both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
