They design and build high-efficiency heating solutions for commercial and residential applications across North America.Job DescriptionIn this role you will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager and be responsible for:Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and technologies to support strategic objectives.Managing updates and modifications to existing processes to support new product launches, including reviewing part prints and assessing design for manufacturability.Creating cost comparisons and ROI calculations to support supplier selection.Serving as a subject matter expert on cross-functional projects and initiatives.Creating standardized processes and documentation to ensure top quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Partnering with the quality team to develop control plans and quality checks that ensure robust processes are consistently delivering reliable products; accounting for required inspector checks.Providing training and support to production personnel on troubleshooting techniques and equipment operation.Developing and maintaining documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and process control plans; generating reports and presenting data on process performance and improvement efforts.Collaborating with design engineers, production staff, and quality teams to resolve process-related challenges and support smooth operations.Supporting daily operations to help the team meet KPIs and ensure consistent standardization across all lines.Leading Root Cause Failure Analyses to ensure strong corrective actions are being implemented.Coordinating with maintenance, production, and engineering teams on significant equipment changes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
