Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, the successful candidate will help establish efficient, repeatable, and high-quality production processes while providing hands-on support to resolve manufacturing challenges.Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness activities.Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, BOMs, and routings.Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, throughput, cost, and ergonomics.Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing process enhancements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
