With a strong focus on innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous growth, the company develops cutting-edge technologies that support customers around the world.Job DescriptionSupport new product introduction (NPI) and transition products from engineering into manufacturing.Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation.Identify and implement process improvements focused on quality, throughput, ergonomics, and cost reduction.Provide hands-on shop floor support to resolve manufacturing, quality, and yield issues.Collaborate with engineering and production teams on DFM and DFA initiatives.Support material cost reduction and lead time improvement projects.Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Design or specify tooling, fixtures, and test equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency.Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve component manufacturability and sourcing.Support ERP data accuracy, production reporting, and KPI tracking.Train and support production personnel on new processes and standard work.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
