The organization values teamwork, integrity, safety, respect, and customer focus, creating an environment where employees can make a tangible impact while developing their careers within a growing international business.Job DescriptionDrive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality.Develop, standardize, and optimize extrusion and injection molding processes, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.Partner with local and global engineering teams to implement best practices and ensure process consistency across operations.Identify opportunities to improve production performance, product quality, and operational KPIs.Support manufacturing expansion initiatives through capital equipment planning and investment projects.Develop process controls, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation to reduce waste, scrap, and rework.Collaborate with production and new product development teams to ensure manufacturing readiness and process capability.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across manufacturing operations.Oversee the specification, procurement, validation, and ongoing performance of manufacturing tools, gauges, fixtures, and equipment.Provide technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action support for manufacturing issues.Lead problem-solving activities related to production challenges, process deviations, and customer concerns.Support engineering change processes and maintain controlled manufacturing documentation.Act as a technical subject matter expert within the engineering and manufacturing teams.Evaluate and justify new technologies, automation opportunities, and equipment investments that improve operational performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
