Job Description

  • Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to support efficient and high-quality production.
  • Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are incorporated into product designs.
  • Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing by establishing production and assembly methods.
  • Design and implement manufacturing fixtures and tooling solutions for both new and existing products.
  • Evaluate production requirements and determine appropriate manufacturing methods to achieve performance and quality objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Assist with manufacturing automation projects and process development activities.
  • Collaborate across departments to support operational goals and production performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, tooling, and production workflows.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction and process development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and production teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with automation, lean manufacturing, or process optimization methodologies is advantageous.
