This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a stable, growing, and innovative company.Job DescriptionDesign fixtures, tooling, and production equipment using Autodesk Inventor (SolidWorks experience also considered)Support new product introductions and lead APQP activitiesOwn and maintain production routers, BOMs, and related manufacturing documentationAnalyze production data, KPIs, and manufacturing costs to identify improvement opportunitiesCreate and update work instructions, test procedures, and process documentationManage engineering change notices (ECNs) and process updatesProvide technical support and training to production teamsPartner with operations to improve safety, quality, productivity, and throughputLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principlesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
