Job Description

This Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Driving continuous improvement across sheet metal operations
  • Streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and throughput
  • Evaluating and recommending new equipment and machine replacements
  • Assessing manufacturing capacity to support production growth
  • Developing and refining sheet metal manufacturing processes
  • Increasing production velocity and operational performance
  • Collaborating closely with operators, engineers, and leadership
  • Supporting foundational Lean and process standardization efforts

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • 6-9+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • 3+ years in sheet metal manufacturing environments
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to evaluate equipment and manufacturing capacity
  • Strong hands-on, shop-floor engagement skills
  • Effective communicator across operations and engineering
  • Lean manufacturing exposure preferred, not required
