This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy driving change, improving manufacturing performance, and working with advanced production technologies in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and implement molding equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes.Support the setup, qualification, and ongoing maintenance of molding-based production lines.Create and maintain clear process documentation, work instructions, and engineering records.Evaluate manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Partner with production, engineering, and other stakeholders to recommend and implement process improvements.Assist with equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety requirements and best practices.Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings to support operational and business objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
