Known for its commitment to innovation, engineering excellence, and long-term investment in people and technology, the organization partners with leading global customers to deliver complex manufacturing solutions.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will:Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.Analyze production data to identify opportunities for reducing waste, improving cycle times, and increasing equipment performance.Create and maintain standardized work instructions, process documentation, and visual management systems.Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and ergonomic solutions to support manufacturing operations.Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions and production launches.Collaborate with engineering, tooling, and quality teams to ensure products are manufacturable and meet customer specifications.Support mold trials, process validation activities, and development of production standards.Conduct BOM reviews and provide input into manufacturing planning activities.Partner with quality teams on root cause investigations, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.Work closely with tooling, maintenance, supply chain, and external suppliers to improve operational performance.Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste and increasing process stability.Monitor and report on key performance metrics including efficiency, downtime, throughput, and scrap reduction.Support day-to-day production troubleshooting and resolve manufacturing challenges.Maintain accurate system documentation within ERP and manufacturing platforms.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
