Serving Fortune 500 customers in the medical device, defense, homeland security, and technology sectors, the company is known for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and collaborative culture.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and improve manufacturing and assembly processes for molding and secondary operations.Analyze production data to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, increase OEE, and drive process efficiency.Establish and maintain standardized work instructions, process documentation, and visual management systems.Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and ergonomic solutions to improve productivity and consistency.Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions and production launches.Collaborate with Engineering, Tooling, and Quality teams to ensure manufacturability and customer requirements are met.Support mold sampling, process validation, production standards, and BOM reviews.Partner with Quality on root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and MRB support.Work closely with Tooling and Maintenance teams to improve mold performance and reliability.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction and process stability.Track and analyze KPIs including scrap, downtime, efficiency, throughput, and overall equipment performance.Support production troubleshooting, ERP/MES documentation, and regulatory compliance activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
