Manufacturing Engineer

• Improve and refine manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced within specification requirements.
• Maintain ERP system accuracy, including process routings, BOMs, rates, and manufacturing data.
• Specify, review, install, commission, and support manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Generate manufacturing project estimates related to cost, timing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with customers to support product and process improvements.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve process flow, quality, and throughput.
• Create manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and equipment operating procedures.
• Participate in new product design reviews to ensure manufacturability and production readiness.
• Lead plant manufacturing projects and coordinate activities across departments, vendors, and contractors.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
• Support production operations through troubleshooting, equipment improvements, and training initiatives.
• Develop fixture and tooling designs using CAD software and support implementation on the manufacturing floor.
• Participate in audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality requirements.
