We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join a rapidly growing precision manufacturing organization serving a diverse range of customers in the industrial, aerospace, defense, medical device, and other advanced manufacturing sectors. This position will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs, improving manufacturing processes, and driving operational efficiency while supporting the company's continued growth.

Job Description

  • Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations
  • Program and support CNC machining centers utilizing Mastercam
  • Support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining applications
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges
  • Review prints, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure manufacturability
  • Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support new and existing programs

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong CNC programming experience within metal machining environments
  • Proficiency with Mastercam
  • Experience programming CNC lathes and/or milling equipment
  • Understanding of machining processes and best manufacturing practices
  • Experience supporting multi-axis machining operations preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities





Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field for candidates pursuing a Manufacturing Engineer-level role
  • Leadership experience is highly valued and may create future advancement opportunities
  • Experience within precision machining, aerospace, medical, industrial, or related manufacturing industries
