The company is recognized for its technical expertise, manufacturing excellence, and long-standing commitment to quality.Job DescriptionLead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.Provide technical support for bearing and assembly design activities.Review customer requirements and evaluate manufacturability.Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methods.Design and support progressive and compound dies for bearing components.Collaborate with toolmakers on tooling design and implementation.Support machining, assembly, stamping, and heat-treat operations.Drive process improvements that improve quality, productivity, and cost.Resolve complex manufacturing and engineering issues.Develop engineering documentation, work instructions, and ECOs.Support PPAPs, process validations, capability studies, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scrap reduction.Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Support customer technical inquiries and issue resolution.Monitor tooling performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.Mentor engineers and support employee development initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
