Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing and Process Engineers
  • Manage capital equipment and facility improvement projects
  • Support automation and technology implementation initiatives
  • Drive process optimization and productivity improvements
  • Partner with operations and quality leaders to solve manufacturing challenges
  • Establish engineering priorities aligned with business objectives
  • Support new product launches and manufacturing readiness activities
  • Manage engineering budgets and project timelines
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and documentation
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
  • Experience managing capital projects
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Project management experience preferred
