Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing and Process Engineers
  • Manage capital equipment and automation projects
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness efforts
  • Establish engineering priorities aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance leadership
  • Develop manufacturing standards and best practices
  • Manage engineering budgets and project timelines
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex manufacturing issues
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Previous engineering leadership or management experience
  • Experience managing capital and automation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Project management experience preferred
