Job Description

The Manufacturing Manager will take full ownership of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, team management, and a focus on continuous improvement across processes, people, and systems.

  • Oversee all daily manufacturing operations to ensure output and efficiency targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and cost control.
  • Optimise workflows, staffing, and resource allocation to maximise productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth, end-to-end production flow.

The Successful Applicant
