MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Manufacturing Manager will have the following background:5+ years of experience within the plastics manufacturing industry - ideally working with extrusion or injection moldingAt least 3 years of experience managing supervisors and production teamsExperience within medical device, tubing, wire and cable, extrusion, or similar regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirableStrong understanding of extrusion manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, and process controls.Knowledge of process validation methodologies and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
