Employees gain broad exposure across manufacturing, quality, and compliance while working in a collaborative, production-driven environment.Job DescriptionPerform microbiological testing, including USP /, to ensure product compliance with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 111 requirements.Conduct environmental monitoring and sanitation verification to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) results and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Author and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to microbiology and quality control processes.Support manufacturing operations by providing microbiological expertise and guidance.Participate in FDA audits and ensure readiness by maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality systems and ensure product safety and efficacy.Perform routine quality control tasks to support the production of nutraceutical and dietary supplement products.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
