Job Description

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end production flow to maximize throughput and reliability.
  • Reduce lead times by addressing bottlenecks and improving performance at key constraints.
  • Build, mentor, and empower supervisors and team leads to own daily execution.
  • Establish clear operational structures, accountability frameworks, and escalation processes.
  • Drive expansion initiatives, including new equipment integration and process upgrades.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to remove barriers and support teams.
  • Develop talent and foster a culture of ownership, consistency, and high standards.
  • Support facility layout improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; additional certifications advantageous.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Proven success in high-mix, custom, or non-repetitive manufacturing settings.
  • Strong understanding of flow optimization and constraint management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline leaders and teams.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong credibility on the shop floor.
  • Experience with finishing processes such as polishing, plating, coating, or similar preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, QRM, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies preferred
