With more than 50 years of industry leadership, they combine craftsmanship, custom manufacturing, and advanced production technologies to deliver premium products for some of the world's most prestigious projects.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end manufacturing operations across a high-mix, custom, made-to-order production environmentDrive throughput improvements and create predictable production flow while maintaining product quality and craftsmanshipDevelop and execute strategies to support a 2-3x increase in manufacturing capacityReduce lead times by addressing bottlenecks and improving performance at key operational constraintsBuild, coach, and empower supervisors and team leads to drive daily execution and accountabilityEstablish operational structure, performance expectations, and escalation processes across the factory floorLead expansion initiatives, including integration of new manufacturing capabilities such as PVD coating operationsSupport facility upgrades, equipment implementation, and process optimization effortsMaintain a strong floor presence to identify issues, remove barriers, and support production teamsFoster a culture of servant leadership, continuous improvement, and employee developmentBuild organizational capability by developing leaders and creating sustainable operational successSupport additional operational initiatives and projects as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
