With operations across multiple countries, the business fosters a collaborative, values-driven culture focused on continuous improvement, safety, and employee development.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Process Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Identify process improvement opportunities within manufacturing operations and lead projects from concept through implementation.Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency.Conduct root cause analysis on quality and performance issues and implement corrective actions.Develop and maintain standardized work instructions to improve consistency and process control.Lead and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen activities.Provide technical expertise across manufacturing processes, including productivity, safety, and quality improvements.Evaluate and support the introduction of new equipment, including ROI analysis, vendor selection, and installation oversight.Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.Maintain facility layouts using CAD and support plant layout optimization.Support predictive maintenance initiatives and data-driven process improvements.Assist cross-functional teams including quality, procurement, and operations as needed.Apply today for immediate consideration!
