The business places strong emphasis on developing internal talent and empowering leaders to drive meaningful change across operations.Job DescriptionProvide hands-on engineering support to resolve day-to-day production challenges.Troubleshoot issues related to tooling, CNC machining, and process stability.Work directly with machinists, toolmakers, and operators on the shop floor.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and output.Support corrective actions for quality issues and nonconforming parts.Assist with tooling diagnostics, maintenance strategies, and design improvements.Develop and refine CNC machining strategies, fixtures, and process setups.Conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.Interpret engineering drawings and maintain accurate production documentation.Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
