With a commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and professional development, the company offers a supportive environment where individuals can expand their technical capabilities while contributing to a broader mission of delivering high-quality, impactful products.Job DescriptionIdentify manufacturing challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementationPartner with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtimeAnalyze process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis toolsDevelop and maintain detailed work instructions and standardized operating proceduresLead and participate in Lean activities such as Kaizen, A3, TPM, and 5S initiativesProvide technical support across manufacturing, including safety, quality, and productivity improvementsEvaluate and justify new capital equipment through ROI and cost-benefit analysisCoordinate equipment installation, upgrades, and repairs with cross-functional teamsCreate and update CAD layouts for manufacturing equipment and facility configurationsCollaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issuesSupport predictive maintenance and data-driven process improvements using analytical toolsTroubleshoot equipment and process issues, delivering timely and effective solutionsWork cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and operations to meet production goalsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
