Our client manufactures about different types of thermal based products with a works force of over 200. Their growth has led to multiple facility expansions over time, and today we operate from modern custom-built offices and manufacturing spaces, supported by a workforce of roughly 200 employees and generating annual sales in the millions.

Job Description

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Evaluate production equipment and recommend upgrades or maintenance as needed.
  • Monitor production metrics and address areas requiring optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams.
  • Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address production challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum two years of related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of CNC programming skills using the MasterCAM
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office required
  • In-depth knowledge of Hass CNC milling, Lathes, manufacturing processes, and practices
  • Must be a hands-on person
  • Ability to work under pressure in challenging projects
  • Knowledge of sheet metal component designs and fabrication preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
