Apply today to join!Job DescriptionLead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.Develop and improve manufacturing processes for fastener production operations.Support cold heading, thread rolling, trimming, and secondary manufacturing processes through process optimization and problem-solving.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Evaluate process flow, equipment utilization, and plant layouts to identify opportunities for improved throughput, safety, and cost reduction.Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, validations, and startup activities.Review and evaluate proposals from equipment suppliers and tooling vendors.Develop process documentation, PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, and project schedules.Conduct line validations, capability studies, production trials, and process qualification activities.Monitor production performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and sales teams to successfully execute projects and support customer needs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scrap reduction, productivity improvements, quality enhancements, and cost savings.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
