The organization is dedicated to operational excellence and delivering high-quality products to its clients, fostering a results-driven environment focused on efficiency and innovation.Job DescriptionUse existing scheduling methodology to create and modify manufacturing plans, timelines, resource usage, and utilization to ensure on-time delivery across the organizationRegularly modify manufacturing plans to reflect changes in customer demand and requirementsEscalate concerns about on-time delivery performance and resource utilization to enable timely adjustments to staffing levels or customer deliveriesCreate material pull requests and track their status to ensure all required inputs for manufacturing plans are resolved on timeWork closely with the manufacturing manager to ensure adequacy and appropriateness of the manufacturing planGenerate and issue manufacturing travelers using the ERP systemWork with inside sales to maintain accurate lead times and communicate schedule impactsMaintain accuracy of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventoryReview open sales orders to determine customer requirements and communicate any schedule impacts proactivelyCoordinate with purchasing and production staff to adjust schedules in response to supply chain changes or production challengesMaintain data relevant to production scheduling activities, including planning calendars, material data, and location dataMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
