MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantFor the Training Specialist we are seeking:5+ years of experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial operations environment.Experience developing operator training programs, on boarding processes, skills matrices, or certification systems.Background in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Leadership, Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Continuous Improvement.Experience creating and managing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and visual process documentation.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Standard Work, or Operational Excellence methodologies.Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to engage manufacturing employees at all levels.Comfortable spending significant time on the production floor supporting operators and supervisors.Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations highly desirable.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to build and enhance training programs within a growing manufacturing operation.High visibility position partnering directly with Operations leadership.Career progression opportunities within manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, operations or training leadership functions.Collaborative environment focused on employee development, operational excellence and continuous improvement.Interested?
