Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media content, email marketing initiatives, and website updates.
  • Coordinate project marketing efforts, including photography, videography, promotional materials, and property launches.
  • Partner with business development and leadership teams to support proposal development and client engagement activities.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
  • Organize events, community engagement initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Produce compelling marketing content that highlights company achievements, projects, and industry expertise.
  • Maintain marketing budgets and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within construction, real estate, architecture, engineering, development, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, website content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset combined with strong analytical and project management skills.
