The company offers a collaborative environment focused on innovation, product development, and technical excellence.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and document RF, surge protection, and EMI/EMC products.Participate in technical design reviews and product development activities.Develop product requirements, specifications, and project schedules.Support product testing, validation, and prototype development.Perform engineering calculations and feasibility studies for new products.Create and maintain technical drawings, models, BOMs, and specifications using SolidWorks.Collaborate with engineering, production, testing, vendors, and contractors.Evaluate designs and recommend improvements to product performance and manufacturability.Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain engineering documentation.Manage projects through the full product lifecycle, including schedules, resources, and deliverables.Present project updates, design reviews, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.Mentor junior engineers and interns as needed.Communicate technical requirements and project status to both technical and non-technical teams.Support customer requirements and provide technical input for new product initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
