They invest heavily in employee development, offer long-term career progression, and provide the resources and mentorship needed to succeed in a dynamic consulting environment.Job DescriptionDesign HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, hydronic, chilled water, and mechanical piping systems.Perform heating and cooling load calculations using industry-standard engineering software.Develop construction drawings, technical specifications, reports, and other project documentation.Select and schedule mechanical equipment to meet project requirements and performance goals.Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines.Conduct site visits, field investigations, and existing facility assessments.Support construction activities through submittal reviews, RFI responses, and construction administration services.Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, ASHRAE standards, and client-specific requirements.Participate in client meetings and collaborate with project teams throughout all phases of project delivery.Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
