Job Description

  • Lead engineering projects supporting manufacturing and production operations
  • Improve production processes, quality, efficiency, and throughput
  • Review customer technical documentation and engineering requirements
  • Create and update CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
  • Support reverse engineering activities for components and assemblies
  • Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
  • Support fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and assembly-related projects
  • Conduct engineering studies and manufacturing analyses
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or mechanical engineering environments
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and engineering drawings
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and assembly processes
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specifications
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Hands-on engineering mindset with a focus on manufacturing excellence
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, automotive, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
