This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term strategy for a manufacturing facility. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize production, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity, quality, and delivery in a highly regulated environment.

Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall manufacturing operations, P&L, and site performance
  • Develop and execute operational strategy and growth roadmap
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Oversee production, engineering, warehouse, and inventory functions
  • Ensure compliance with FDA GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory standards
  • Manage capacity planning, cost control, and production efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales)
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performance operations team
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support customer relationships and solve complex operational challenges

The Successful Applicant



Ideal Candidate:

  • Engineering background strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations (medical device preferred)
  • Experience in precision machining, metals, plastics, or assembly environments
  • Strong knowledge of FDA GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and leading teams
  • Experience managing P&L and value drivers
  • Lean / Six Sigma expertise
  • Strategic leader with the ability to execute and drive accountability
