They manage system design, control budgets and schedules, ensure code compliance and safety, and coordinate engineering teams with project stakeholders to deliver functional building networks.Leadership and ManagementTeam direction: Lead and mentor internal engineering staff, department managers, and field personnel.Resource allocation: Assign staff and manage project workloads efficiently.Strategic planning: Develop department goals and align MEP strategies with company objectives.System integration: Oversee the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), power distribution, and plumbing networks.Design validation: Review construction documents, technical reports, and drawings for accuracy.Problem solving: Resolve complex on-site technical and coordination issues between trades.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
