Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality goals are met.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment, communication, and execution excellence.
  • Monitor project performance, resolve challenges, and mitigate risks throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure work aligns with design intent and project objectives.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards while delivering complex projects, including mission-critical facilities such as data centers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical facilities or data centers.
  • Strong ability to lead and coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, quality, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with clients, design teams, and construction partners.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas and adapt to varying project site conditions and business needs.
