Job Description

  • Manage MEP components of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines, making adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
  • Review and approve MEP designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
