Job Description

  • Manage MEP components of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards for MEP systems.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Review and approve MEP plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide detailed reports on project status and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Project Manager/Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing MEP systems in construction projects.
  • Past experience with $40M -$120M+ Industrial, manufacturing, and food processing plants.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
  • Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
