They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join the team.Job DescriptionLead all field operations related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and commissioning activities.Manage the construction of an energy/chiller plant addition connected to an occupied hospital facility.Coordinate subcontractors, project schedules, inspections, and quality control processes.Ensure strict compliance with healthcare, life safety, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate closely with project management, design teams, hospital stakeholders, and trade partners.Maintain project safety, productivity, and scheduling goals throughout all phases of construction.Drive successful turnover, startup, testing, and commissioning activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
