Job Description

  • Provide technical MEP guidance across multiple construction projects
  • Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to resolve field challenges
  • Review drawings, coordinate system installations, and identify potential issues
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and scope development
  • Project planning, execution, quality, and team development efforts

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of construction MEP leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing MEP scopes valued at $15M+
  • Strong comprehension of building systems and construction documents
  • Ability to mentor teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented leadership style
