Job Description

  • Oversee all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety installations throughout the project.
  • Coordinate MEP trade partners, inspections, testing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive systems integration, commissioning, and successful startup activities.
  • Monitor quality control, issue resolution, and turnover documentation.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to maintain schedule, budget, and project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

  • Extensive MEP coordination experience on multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of complex building systems and underground infrastructure.
  • Experience managing MEP subcontractors through installation and commissioning.
  • Proven ability to coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and field leadership skills.
