Job Description

  • Oversee installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve issues related to MEP systems during construction.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align field activities with design requirements.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control for mission-critical facilities like data centers or healthcare facilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing MEP systems on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical or data centers.
  • Strong ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors and field teams across multiple locations.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively through Texas and adapt to varying job site conditions.
