Job Description

  • Oversee daily MEP field operations across assigned projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedule milestones
  • Partner with Project Management on sequencing and logistics planning
  • Monitor installation quality and enforce project specifications
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and MEP-related regulations
  • Lead MEP coordination meetings with internal and external teams
  • Identify and resolve field conflicts between trades proactively
  • Track progress and provide detailed reporting to leadership
  • Assist in commissioning and turnover processes
  • Travel to active project sites throughout Texas as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent - Texas Travel - Mission Critical should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in MEP supervision within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in complex environments
  • Experience with large-scale projects such as healthcare, mission critical, or data center
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Texas
  • OSHA certification
