Job Description

The MEP Superintendent will report into the Field Director and lead MEP execution on mission critical projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of critical systems.

  • Oversee all MEP field operations including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of MEP installation
  • Coordinate commissioning activities and support system startup/turnover
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Quality teams, and client stakeholders
  • Monitor installation of critical infrastructure (generators, switchgear, UPS, chilled water systems)
  • Identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and performance

The Successful Applicant

For the MEP Superintendent we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of MEP field leadership experience in commercial construction
  • Strong experience on mission critical/data center or complex industrial projects
  • Deep understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and commissioning
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage fast-paced job sites
  • Experience with project tools such as Procore, scheduling software, and reporting systems
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel across Texas or work on assignment-based projects
