Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Resolve on-site issues related to MEP installations in a timely manner.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction blueprints and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
