• Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Lead site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Resolve field issues and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and progress logs.
