Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add a talented Superintendent to their construction team.Job DescriptionOversee all day-to-day site operations on commercial interiors projects.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.Coordinate project logistics, material deliveries, and site activities.Conduct daily site walks and ensure quality standards are maintained.Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site progress updates.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.Identify and resolve field-related challenges proactively.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants.Monitor project progress and drive schedule adherence through completion and closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
