• Manage day-to-day site operations across retail and commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or construction challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Clients.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower planning, and trade sequencing.
• Oversee project documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship.
